Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                  
House consider the Senate message (page 3754) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 280                                                                                                         
     "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Marital                                                             
     and Family Therapy; and providing for an effective date."

     SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 280(RLS)                                                                                      
     "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Marital                                                             
     and Family Therapy; relating to the State Medical Board; relating                                                          
     to the licensing of physicians, osteopaths, and podiatrists; relating                                                      
     to the practice of medicine; relating to the practice of podiatry;                                                         
     relating to the practice of osteopathy; and providing for an

There being no objection, it was so ordered.
